Kumara Fritter

Step 1 - Peel the Kumara and crate (Cheese crater.)

Step 2 - Whisk 4 Eggs with 1 cup of milk.

Step 3 - Mix with Kumara and pour into the baking tin.

Step 4 - Bake 180 C for 15 - 20 Minutes

Step 5 - Clean and Take Photo then tin foil you fritter then take it home with you
