Equal Pay For Equal Work?

I fell like the Men's Rugby team should get more because not to be sad but the Women do not play as much as the men because the All Black's in 1892 and Black Fern were ever since 1990 so I fell like the All Black's team should be paid more because they have more experience then the Black Ferns.
